Welcome to Iconic Paintings by Nicholas G. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. About Us

Iconic Paintings is operated by Nicholas G, an independent artist based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

2. Products

We offer printed artwork in various sizes, including FREE A5 Sample Prints, A4 Gallery Prints and A3 Gallery Prints.

All artwork displayed on this website is subject to availability.

Colours may vary slightly from those displayed on your screen due to differences in monitor and device settings.

3. FREE A5 Print Offer

Customers may claim a FREE A5 sample print of available artwork by paying the stated delivery and packaging charge.

The FREE A5 print offer may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

4. Limited Edition Prints

Many artworks are offered as limited editions.

Where stated, each artwork is limited to a maximum production run of 2,000 prints per size.

Once the limit is reached, no further prints of that size will be produced.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are shown in GBP (£).

Prices may be changed at any time without notice.

Any applicable delivery and packaging charges will be displayed before checkout.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.

We do not store your payment card details.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

7. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only.

While every effort is made to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery details are accurate.

8. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damage.

Where appropriate, a replacement print will be provided.

9. Returns and Refunds

Customers have the right to cancel eligible orders in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returns may not be accepted for customised or personalised orders unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Please contact us before returning any item.

10. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, logos, content and materials displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of Nicholas G unless otherwise stated.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

11. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation, security or functionality.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders or restrict access where necessary.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iconic Paintings and Nicholas G shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.
